1. Data stored on your device

Your quiz answers, Dream Score, Dream Archetype, protocol, morning check-ins, dream log notes and streak are stored locally on your device only. DreamMaxx has no backend, no user accounts, and we have no access to this information. Deleting the App removes all of it.

2. Third-party data processing

Two service providers process limited data so the App can function:

RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription management) processes an app-scoped identifier, your App Store receipt, subscription status, device type and locale, and app version. RevenueCat never receives your name, email address, or any quiz or dream log content. Purpose: validating and managing your subscription.

Superwall, Inc. (paywall functionality) processes an anonymous identifier, device details, paywall interaction events, and approximate location derived from IP address. Purpose: displaying the paywall and measuring its performance.

Apple processes your payment entirely; we never see your payment details. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process the data described above on the basis of performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Identifiers used are app-scoped and anonymous.

4. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is deleted when you remove the App. For data held by our providers, contact support@cambrian-labs.com and we will forward your request.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
